  • Work-Life Balance

Space to reflect. Clarity to move forward

Workplace therapy offers a confidential space to explore what matters most, understand current challenges and find a way forward in your working and personal life.

Through a Gestalt approach, we explore how you experience and respond to everyday pressures, relationships and expectations. This can help you recognise your needs, understand familiar patterns and develop greater awareness of your choices.

Sessions support clearer communication, healthy boundaries and more considered responses to challenges, with attention to both your wellbeing and the environment in which you work.

  • Confrontational Challenges

    Expand your choices.

Professional challenges can touch on deeply personal questions: how we respond to expectations, experience conflict and resolution.

Through a Gestalt approach, we explore what happens in you during these moments—your thoughts, feelings, physical responses and ways of relating. You may notice a tendency to take on too much, hold back your perspective, avoid disagreement or feel responsible for everyone around you.

The personal work involves understanding these responses, recognising how they have supported you and exploring whether they still serve your needs. Sessions offer space to practise expressing yourself clearly, setting boundaries and staying in contact with others when conversations become difficult.

  • Personal Wellbeing

    Feel heard. Deepen your understanding.

Psychotherapeutic dialogue offers space to speak openly about your experience and explore what may be difficult to put into words. Being listened to with care and curiosity can help you recognise feelings, needs and concerns that everyday demands leave little room for.

Through a Gestalt approach, we pay attention to what emerges in the conversation—what you feel, how you express yourself and where you hesitate or hold back. Together, we explore these moments at your pace, with respect for your experience.

This dialogue can deepen your understanding of yourself and how you relate to others, supporting more honest communication and a clearer sense of what you need, at work and in life.

  • • No extra commute • Convenient on-site sessions • Flexible scheduling

Psychotherapeutic dialogue can help people feel heard, understand themselves more deeply, and find their own way through challenges—at work and in life.

Building Possibility Together — how psychotherapy works:

Psychotherapeutic encounters can help people explore new ways of responding to work and life challenges.

Through dialogical guided exploration, sessions provide opportunities to explore possibilities

As Psychology Today explains, “gestalt psychotherapy aims to help clients better understand themselves.”

Nice to meet you.
